Mindfulness brings us to the here and now, it helps us to spot patterns or behaviour; spot which buttons are being pushed; notice when we’re communicating well and what happens to make things less helpful.
Using Mindfulness to help us to spot our relationship patterns can only result in better relationships; be it with your partner, your friend, your child, your boss etc, we use the pillars of Mindfulness to step out from the thought and behaviour habit and to communicate in a calm, effective and honest way.
